Laurence Withers e5e391411f Reorder <complex.h> and <complex> includes
In order to fix the build on gcc-4.8, reorder the <complex.h> include to
always be first, followed by undefinition of the "complex" symbol, and
then finally include the C++ <complex> .

Really Quick Instructions
-------------------------

To build: ./make.sh
To install: ./make.sh install

You might want to edit 'config' first. You might also want to set
'INSTALL_PREFIX', which is prepended onto the destination of any
installed file.
